The interview process consisted of a rigorous round of fairly difficult, questionnaire-style interviews. It was pretty tough, but I don't think it was quite as hard as people say. I am glad I was given the opportunity to interview.

The recruiting process was excellent. My recruiter was my biggest supporter and responded in a timely manner. However, the phone screen was not the same. My interviewer had a really heavy accent, and I barely understood what he was saying. Moreover,

The phone interview was okay, but the interviewee was not super amicable, which made the process a little awkward. They were great at answering questions, but I thought more could have been done to introduce the problem.
