Phone interview (with and without online coding), followed by a four-part in-person interview with four different employees. In-person questions involved writing code on a whiteboard or a laptop in a language of your choosing (Python was used).

Easier than it used to be. I have gone through the process before, once, and did not get far. But this time was easy. Two interviews plus host match. Two interviews.

They ask the basics of all things and go to the median level if they see potential in the interviewee. Then, they ask questions from reasoning, etc. They are very polite and cooperative.
