Just one question for the white man. Introduce his background. He was working in Google Network Phone. The whole process was to explain the question, and later ask him questions. Two days later, I received the second phone interview.

The process is long and drawn out, taking months to get past the initial stages. I didn't receive an offer until seven months after applying. By then, I had already accepted another offer, which involved a month-long interview process.
