- Comprehensive internal docs.
- Most colleagues are very nice.
- High standard code, which is helpful for junior engineers.
- Satisfactory benefits/insurance.
- Stopped perm process and no clear restarting date; internal transfer to other countries has been harder (Don't recommend if you have status concerns).
- Managers are gaining more power. It could be a disaster if you were assigned to a pushy manager. I don't feel safe sharing constructive feedback with managers/TLs.
- Small scope, but also depending on teams.
- Worse food.
