Comp and low morale with RTO
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. Day 1: Phone screen, leetcode, and behavioral round. Results came within an hour. Day 2: 3 rounds, 2 LC, and 1 system design. Design: Metrics ingestion system. Results took a week.
The process took 6 weeks. Passed OA with two coding interviews. Had one behavioural and one technical coding round online with two questions. Then was flown to Mountain View to do 2 final rounds of technical interviews, and was able to solve but not
5 rounds, all technical. Wait time between rounds was high and feedback was minimal. There is not really much you can do to prepare given that sometimes they have their own bank and expect a particular answer instead of something reliable and good. I
