There are great benefits, and I love the company.
Honestly, I don't think there are any cons other than a lot of work.
Behavioral went okay, but then coding I think they had a really high standard. Didn't let me think a lot through the question and started prodding early on. It seems like they value fastness over everything.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. Day 1: Phone screen, leetcode, and behavioral round. Results came within an hour. Day 2: 3 rounds, 2 LC, and 1 system design. Design: Metrics ingestion system. Results took a week.
There were a few technical rounds, LeetCode and ML questions, and two onsite interviews later. There was one soft skills interview. Overall, it was very standard and sensible. The interviewers were nice and wanted to help you, too.
