WLB is good, though sometimes there are extra hours.
There was a lack of growth. It was too big of a company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. Day 1: Phone screen, leetcode, and behavioral round. Results came within an hour. Day 2: 3 rounds, 2 LC, and 1 system design. Design: Metrics ingestion system. Results took a week.
1. Application & Resume Screen Recruiters review your CV for: * Strong fundamentals (CS, data structures, systems) * Impact (projects, scale, results) * Clear ownership and decision-making Referrals help, but don’t replace competence. 2. Online Asse
Behavioral went okay, but then coding I think they had a really high standard. Didn't let me think a lot through the question and started prodding early on. It seems like they value fastness over everything.
