Good benefits (vision, dental, vaccine, etc.). Good food team.
Some teams have culture problems. DEI is overemphasized. Statement of support and a simplified hiring committee lowered the hiring bar, especially when the company over-hired during COVID. Software engineering has a lower salary market reference point than silicon engineering. More important projects are owned by US Googlers.
Good for the first job.
