I really like Google. It's a place where you get a chance to stretch yourself to full capacity. You work with extremely smart people.
I don't really have a lot of cons to add here. The company vision of "making the world a better place" can be a bit corny at times, but perhaps that is because I watch too much Silicon Valley. :)
Keep doing what you do. Hire the best engineers, and give them enough autonomy and space to create value.
