Very smart and helpful colleagues. A plethora of cool technologies. A large amount of trust in the employees; even interns have access to a lot of confidential material.
Steep learning curve for the technologies used.
Many projects still use C++, which lacks good tool support.
Once in a while, there is a reorganization of projects, which is annoying to be held up by.
Differences in interview practices from office to office.
