I had three technical interviews. The first two were back-to-back, and I received a phone interview two weeks later. I received the offer a month after that. The process was slow, but it paid off.

Phone interviews went well; I was flown out for an on-site interview. Questions were difficult, and I would say that my lack of knowledge was the reason I was not given an offer.
