Soft skills were the main focus, with many questions about past experiences and different facets of prior roles. There were some programming-adjacent topics, but overall, it was an easy lesson. One, two, three, four, five, six.

I was sent a very difficult coding challenge. I did not pass all the test cases and therefore did not make it past the first round. I assume I would have gotten a phone screen if I had performed better on their assessment.

The recruiter emailed four days after I applied to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview happened a week and a half later, on November 7. The phone interview consisted of coding on a blank Google Doc. The question was: given an array of n
