Software Internship
Sent my resume, then received an online coding assessment. Later, I had my final interview where I had to solve two problems in 45 minutes. Five minutes were for introductions, and the remaining 40 minutes were for the problems.
Principal Software Engineer
Hair splitting... because they can. They have a strong market position and therefore a very deep recruiting pipeline. I doubt I failed at anything, but the feedback I got was very sketchy.

I enjoyed the interview process thoroughly. The first round was with HR, which was actually the last round for me. The HR representative was polite and well-informed. I was not interested in the role after she explained it.
