Great place but can impose herd mentality
It is full of great thinkers and exceptional people in the field.
Middle management is not grounded in reality. They mostly take orders and run with it, and creativity can be rare at times. New shiny stuff is what everyone's after without thinking left or right. They lose sight of what was actually generating revenue and end up with fluffy POCs which never see production.
