Great work-life balance, great people.
Frequent reorganization and a bit slow.
An engaged recruiter set up what became five interviews: * Two coding and algorithms * Two systems design * One "Googleyness" and Leadership The first coding interview went well. For the next interview (systems design), the interviewer ghost
I went through four rounds of LeetCode interviews. I was quite surprised they never asked questions about working with people. It was totally tech-focused. I will say the HR recruiter was far more human than my experience interviewing with Microsoft
Lengthy process, but the recruiter was helpful. Generally good interviewers. Some were not well prepared. There were kind of unexpected behavioral questions. The interview process consists of: * Two coding interviews * Two system design interviews
