Phone screen from recruiter after email response. Phone interview with hiring manager. Paid travel for a day-long, in-person interview with four interviewers. Feedback was provided very quickly, and a verbal offer was extended within a few days.

Straight forward, but was hard. There was a lot of competition, they were very technical, and wanted to know in depth answers. Not just personality, about your technical abilities, problem solving skills and why? Best to give STAR answers.
