I had a personal interview and was directly recruited as a UI Developer at their company. I started as an intern to gain work experience and learn how work is carried out in a company.

Each session comprises coding questions, ranging from geometry to graphs to heaps, etc. There's no compiler during the interview, so it's quite difficult to know if you're correct or not.
