The internal recruiter at goPuff started the process by contacting me directly.
We chatted for 40 minutes, and the recruiter really hyped up the company and position.
I then had great conversations with two of the existing directors. Both of whom seemed very knowledgeable, but neither knew about the job I was interviewing for.
I then spoke to the CTO, who told me he was going to be writing the job description the following week, which explained why no one knew about it.
After that, they ghosted me. Not even a form email to let me know the process was over.
What a waste of my time.
