Great team, but chaotic work environment
- I love the people I work with.
- Good benefits.
- Generous equity grants.
- Big-company politics has caused a lot of undesirable day-to-day friction.
- Constant organizational changes and chaos.
- The CEO's method of motivation can be off-putting.
I'm feeling total burnout creeping in, and the constant organizational changes, along with the "only top-rate team members will survive here" messaging from the CEOs, do more to fuel my anxiety than motivate me.
