System Design Round: Panellists know little about system design, somehow rejecting the belief that the solution can be simple by utilizing row lock mechanisms and the serialization behavior of PostgreSQL.
No feedback was given, except that you are not good enough. This is a vastly different experience compared to interviews with Silicon Valley engineers.
Then again, the recruiter must follow what the interviewer says. There is no verification of their verdict nor repercussion. They are trying to save themselves.
