The whole process was kinda awkward. At the very beginning, the interviewer noted that they would type/write my answers (when you can basically record the call).
The interview session was so boring. A few times, there was awkward silence when they jotted down my answers and looked like they were finding the next question to ask. Overall, the session focused more on how you handle your environment and feelings, with very little on how you can contribute to the organization.
I was not asked why I want to change jobs, why I chose the company, or how much I know about this company.
When I asked about the job description for the position I applied for, even the interviewer was unsure about it.
