The interview process has three steps:

Step 1: HR Interview

• Understand you and for you to ask about job details.

Step 2: Technical Interviews (two rounds)

• Live coding session and system design.

Round 1: Live Coding Session This is quite similar to LeetCode, about medium difficulty.

Round 2: System Design Session For me, it was designing a payment system. A bank is going to issue a Visa/Master credit card. You need to design the full system for this bank, including the database schema and how services communicate with each other.

Step 3: Behavioral Interview This was mentioned by HR, but I was rejected in the Step 2 interview.
