The interview process was standard: I shared about myself and then completed a live coding interview question. The interviewer was friendly, and the vibe was good. I managed to solve the question and learned more about the role.

There were 2 stages of technical interviews. Both included a basic technical test, and the second stage involved a discussion on system design. I had to wait over 2 months after the interviews to know whether they were extending an offer.

I applied through a Grab post on LinkedIn. Since I was not actively looking for a change, I asked the recruiter to schedule an interview in two weeks' time so that I could prepare. I had a telephonic discussion, followed by three face-to-face techn
