The company is good and the policy is nice. However, some teams have a lot of politics where managers favor only their favorite people.
If you are planning to join Grab, then just make sure you are not joining the Database team in Singapore. Recently, in the last six months, nine employees have resigned, and everyone has given feedback to the POPs team, but still, no action has been taken.
Dear CEO, please take some time from your busy schedule and look at what's going on in the Database team.
