There are good salaries, benefits, paid vacation, and medical coverage for the dependents.
It used to be a good workplace until 2022, but after that, it has nosedived in terms of culture. The senior leadership is full of toxic folks who just ruined the amazing culture that Grab was once proud of!
Most of the capable senior leadership has already left Grab. The EXCO really needs to look into their G7s and above if they have even an iota of concern for their employees.
