Racist, inhuman management, liars, fake
I cannot think of any pros other than salary.
Racist managers. They play politics all the time rather than work.
If you are Indian, don't join if you have other options. Grab managers don't like Indians.
Specially don't work in the TRANSPORT project. They don't like Indians, play politics, and make them work day and night, yet still don't treat them fairly.
They are horrible and monsters.
Really bad and horrible work culture. They lie all the time.
This is a hire-and-fire company. If they don't like you or if you are Indian, then they won't let you learn or work.
Be fair to foreigners and be human. Stop taking advantage of foreigners and thinking of them as slaves.
