Sudden layoff via email. Very small amount of compensation compared to smaller startups. They are canceling the stock bonus which I received a few months before the layoff (the stock I received in March for my last year's performance, I was cut from Grab in July). Even if the stock was not vested yet, the stock I received in March was for my last year's performance in 2022. It's so unfair that they canceled it in 2023. So disappointing.
