Really, I haven't found any cons working here for 1 year.
But something to notice is:
- Grab is already a big organization, so be ready to do a lot of steps, procedures, and docs to make any changes.
- The work is stable and most of the time is relaxed (this also could be a pro).
- Somehow imbalanced benefits compared to SG (but this is not too big).
