Too many politicians (the political parties being Engg, Product, Data, and Market Heads). Very little strategy (there is no end game in sight). The company has raised crazy sums of money at a nominal valuation, so the options are not going to be worth anything to employees. The investors would have set conditions to take out their investments.

I think people have made their feedback abundantly clear (time and again). Management has decided to ignore most of it. It might already be too late for any drastic changes.
