Exceptional opportunities for career growth. A definite feeling of contribution to the company. The HR is quite possibly the best I've experienced in India; they really make a big difference to the culture here.
Another important factor is that most of the people here are really talented, motivated people. This makes for a great environment at work.
Pay is pretty great too :)

Please do maintain the quality of work culture and leadership! You're doing great, but if Grab stoops to the level Indians have come to expect of companies, you will have lost your biggest advantage.
