  2. Mis-alignment between high leadership and middle leadership, resulting in low communication efficiency.
  3. Growth ceiling in Chinese headquarters.
  4. Lower salary than others.
Advice to Management

Improve the communication efficiency for managers and the development efficiency for engineers, since the development foundation work really sucks.
