I was contacted by HR and completed two technical interviews, one with an interviewer from India and another from the US. After that, HR scheduled an interview with the Hiring Manager, who mentioned there would be a few more rounds of interviews and that HR would coordinate to set them up. After the third interview, I have not heard back from them, despite following up with HR multiple times. It has now been almost a month since I completed the third round of interviews.

This group of HR professionals in India appears unprofessional and unsympathetic to candidates. At the very least, they should be transparent about the process and maintain open communication. I am still wondering about the status of my application, even after a month.
