Process
A recruiter found me via a LinkedIn connection. I spoke with a senior recruiter by phone. He asked about my expectations for the next position and offered to find a suitable match. He was a very nice, professional gentleman who walked me through every detail of the entire interview and hiring process, from beginning to end.
Two days later, I had another phone interview with the project lead, followed by onsite interviews.
