PHP Developer Interview Experience - Chicago, Illinois
Process
I had a phone interview with HR, where we went over my resume. At the end of the same week, I had a technical interview with a developer there.
The technical interview mostly involved going through my resume, as the interviewer seemed unprepared. He appeared happy with my performance, but I'm unsure if I was rejected the next day. The technical interviewer had only been employed there for four months and mentioned he was going to build the communication engineering department.
