I received a call from a recruiter who found my profile on LinkedIn. We then scheduled an in-house interview.
The interview was with three people: two developers and the manager. They asked a mix of technical and personal questions, such as:
- "How do you deploy your code?"
- "What's your experience with NoSQL?"
- "How do you test your code?"
- "What frameworks are you familiar with?"
- "Why are you moving from your current job?"

Pros: Work with people from all around the world.
Nice office, good location.
Cons: If you are not working on Groupon Germany or USA, as a software developer, you will not be working at the core of the backend. You will probably work on an in-house tool for some particular team.
