The interview process involved both a phone interview and an in-person interview.
The phone interview was quite general. The interviewer went through my CV and explained the position to me.
The in-person interview was more technical, although parts of my CV and background were also discussed. The technical aspects focused on testing my familiarity with Unix and how I approach various types of programming problems.
All of the people I interviewed with seemed extremely helpful and pleasant, even when I fumbled with basic concepts. The process felt more collaborative than testing, which I really liked. Afterwards, I was given some very useful feedback.
