I was asked about past experiences and some general questions. The questions were quite open, including character and hobbies. Overall, it was a very positive and nice experience.
I wish I had had more industrial experience and less schooling.
There may be other, more technical interview rounds. The interviewer was very nice and professional.

Pros: The location, free food, cellphone perks.
Cons: I have been with several teams. Some are organized and well-managed; others are ad-hoc, always on fire, and expect you to work beyond 40 hours. They have not heard of software processes that would make developers' lives easier.
The most fun team so far was mobile, where WLB was good and teammates were fun. The mobile department and its managers rock!
Many teams are still in a startup-ish, ad-hoc mode.
There are many teams that do duplicate or similar work without communicating with each other. Some managers and directors are not very hands-on with the development and technologies, which makes it hard for the engineers. Many good engineers left.
