I started with an on-campus screening that had a simple algorithm question. Then, I had a phone screening covering math modeling topics. From there, I interviewed back-to-back over Skype on technical questions like OOP and data structures. I received my offer within the next week.

Pros: The benefits are good. I liked my coworkers a lot, and the company really seems to be trying to do right.
Cons: The current manager of the Android team is not doing their part to keep product expectations in line. In the last six months I worked there, half the team quit after a huge project overflowed into day-to-day life at the company. Burnout is talked about, but no concessions are given. Even the "unlimited PTO" they offer comes with strings attached and disapproval on multiple fronts. I couldn't recover from burnout and left.
