Cons: - Massive layoffs that destroyed culture and resulted in mass attrition.
- Generally not a strong strategy or path towards success again.
- Leadership was also always rotating (C-suite getting swapped out multiple times).

Pros: - Amazing people/engineers to work with.
- Everyone's very friendly and always happy to help others!
Cons: Too much uncertainty. It's just sad to see the current state of the company. I don't know how they're making decisions to lay off talented people with so much institutional knowledge.
There's so much miscommunication and disconnect with senior leadership.
It used to be a pretty open culture with prior CEO (Aaron Cooper) and CTO (John Higginson), but sadly it's not the same in my opinion. Morale in the company is at its lowest in my opinion.
