The on-campus screening consisted of two back-to-back 45-minute talks with two Groupon software engineers, conducted one-on-one. It was very standard:

• Talking about past experiences
• Being tested on some popular algorithm questions
• Asking general questions

Then, they invited me to an on-site interview with a few teams that have openings and fit my skill set or interests.

The questions were not difficult to solve. They involved a simple and obvious choice of variables and data structures, and the implementation should be straightforward from there.

Coding questions that focus more on logic and implementation than data structures.
