Not challenging, you have to struggle with political stuff. Not engineering culture.
Wall values are different from real values. Not challenging from an engineering perspective.
Your time here seems like an investment on career for easy and good money.
Hire competent people. Too many people warming up their seats all day, and it correlates with the stock price.
