  • A very challenging business model with almost zero growth.
  • Declining growth and stock value.
  • Leadership is clueless about growth.
  • Engineers struggle to grow after their initial year or so.
  • Outsourcing is everywhere.
Advice to Management

Find a buyer, exit the business. Get new leadership.
