Good work-life balance. Vast amount of learning available. Great aspect of growth. Excellent cross-team and country communication. Amazing and helpful people. High-level people easily reachable.
No cons that I have faced.
Nothing as specific. Management is doing great work. A weird thing to ask, but if they can start breakfast and lunch in the office (Bangalore), then I guess more people will come to the office.
