No discipline. People come in and out at their own sweet time, with the start time being 11:30 AM or even 3:30 PM for some. There is a lack of a basic code of professionalism. There is no team spirit. Leadership is curt and people feel offended when asked for an explanation. Horrible HR reps, especially in Chicago – you'll know when you go for an interview. Peer interviewers are not willing to hire. Every person walks with an attitude (don't know about what!).
