No dress code, free soda and vitamin water, no vacation policy.
No discipline. People come in and out at their own sweet time, with the start time being 11:30 AM or even 3:30 PM for some. There is a lack of a basic code of professionalism. There is no team spirit. Leadership is curt and people feel offended when asked for an explanation. Horrible HR reps, especially in Chicago – you'll know when you go for an interview. Peer interviewers are not willing to hire. Every person walks with an attitude (don't know about what!).
Guys, get to business. There are better ways to manage a company than just trying to be cool, which you are actually not.
