Management level is disorganized
The snack bar is great, with different drinks and nice yogurt. One day working from home each week.
The company is pretty disorganized. There is so much duplicate work and redundancy. People seem to be working very hard but not efficiently.
The company is growing too fast. The management level has less experience and a big vision. They do not know the right direction for the company, team, or team members. The company bought many small companies worldwide and also brought many "dead logs" from these companies. Some of them have been at a very high level, but they are not really ready to be managers.
