Advice to Management

You treat your employees well, but you treat your low- and mid-level managers poorly. Every manager I had while I was there was barely available, constantly in meetings, and seemed to be under enormous pressure.

This, I think, resulted in poor coordination between and within teams, since a lot of the work of project management kept falling on technical leads who didn't have the authority, training, or higher-level understanding to make up for it.
