Relaxed dress code.
People are quite helpful.
Managers seem to be under a lot of pressure, leading to bad requirements, lots of back and forth, and bug reports. There's a lack of focus on tooling, which leads to slower iterative cycles.
Needs more vision to inspire the troops to win.
