Annual review procedures seem to change every year, so it's hard to take them seriously.
Primary focus on core business. With ancillary businesses (food delivery and beauty/salon scheduling), it sometimes seems like we acquire businesses before adequately seeing if incorporating their business makes sense. And then when they don't, we pull the plug really quickly.
One HR call - 30 minutes One phone screen - 45 minutes. Four onsite interviews - 1 hour each. A couple of interviewers had very little knowledge of computer science fundamentals and were expecting answers that were incorrect. Ill-structured interview
