Process
There were two phone interviews, followed by a video interview. During the video interview, it was incredibly clear that the interviewer did not enjoy his job. It also sounded like the engineering organization is bogged down with red tape.
Additionally, we had to reschedule twice because critical production issues came up, which is concerning for the culture. Therefore, I declined further interviews.
