Pros: - So disorganized that you can get away with doing very little (but so does your boss, and your peers).
- Flexible time-off.
- $50/week credit to use on GH (that expires week-over-week).
Cons: Do you want to be promoted? You'd better hope your direct manager is pushing for you as hard as you're working.
Repeated promises of 'no more layoffs.' Repeated layoffs.
Lackluster career advancement overall, with no incentive for growth as there has been very little increase in pay despite a massive increase to the cost of living.

Pros: - Work-life balance was fine.
- I'm not sure after Wonder took over.
- Great fellow engineers to work together with.
Cons: Very political. I have good evidence that my layoffs were politically targeted because I had high reviews with numerous responsibilities.
Compensation is below average.
Velocity is very slow.
